Nishant Thapar is the founder of Ready Set Sold Media, a Surrey-based real estate media company serving Realtors, teams and brokerages across the Lower Mainland. Through Ready Set Sold Media, Nishant provides MLS-ready real estate photography, cinematic listing video, aerial drone media, measured floor plans, interactive property tours and listing-marketing assets designed to help properties stand out online.
Listing photos delivered within 12 hours of the completed shoot. Delivery timing confirmed when you book. Flown by a Transport Canada–certified drone pilot (Basic RPAS certificate), in line with Transport Canada's rules for Basic operations. Measured on site using a consistent residential measurement method. Plans are for marketing and are not a survey.
