Booking and shoot-day preparation in Vancouver
- Book the elevator and loading bay in advance for tower units — most Vancouver stratas need 24-48 hours' notice.
- Tell us about paid street parking or a visitor stall at booking so the shoot starts on time.
- Blinds open, lights on, counters and bathrooms cleared, cars moved off the driveway or out of the frame.
- For true twilight exteriors, the window is short in winter — request it when you book rather than on the day.
- Aerial drone media depends on weather, airspace and site permissions; we check each downtown or near-airport address before booking and confirm whether aerial capture is possible.

Do you provide drone photography for Vancouver listings?
Yes — Aerial Property Photography is flown under Transport Canada RPAS rules, subject to weather, location, airspace and site permissions. It's included in our Aerial Listing Launch, Immersive Listing Launch, Cinematic Listing Launch, Complete Listing Launch packages, or available on its own at $129 for a standard property appointment.
