Booking & Turnaround
How fast will I get a quote?
Request an itemized quote by email. Exact travel and custom scope may need confirmation before a firm quote is issued. Prices exclude applicable taxes; travel is calculated from the property address. If the email does not arrive, call or text us.
How do I book a shoot?
You can request a shoot online at /book, email rssmediasales@gmail.com, or call/text 778-697-8066. We'll confirm your time slot and send a quick checklist to help you prep the property.
How fast is your turnaround?
Listing photos delivered within 12 hours of the completed shoot. Delivery timing confirmed when you book. Rush options are available on request.
Do you work weekends?
Yes — we shoot 7 days a week, weather permitting. Weekend slots fill up quickly, so we recommend booking 2–3 days in advance.
What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
For drone, video, and twilight shoots we monitor weather closely. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for premium results, we'll proactively reach out to reschedule at no additional cost.
Pricing & Packages
How much does real estate photography cost?
Listing photography starts at $199 for a standard listing up to 2,000 sq. ft. We also offer bundled packages — Essential ($199), Aerial ($249), Immersive ($349), Cinematic ($499), Complete ($699) — that include floor plans, drone, video, and an Immersive 3D Walkthrough.
Do you offer custom or volume pricing?
Yes. We work with brokerages, teams, and high-producing agents on custom volume pricing. Reach out at /contact for a tailored quote.
What is included in the Immersive package?
The Immersive Listing Launch is $349 for a property up to 2,000 sq. ft. and includes Listing-Ready Photography, including RSS Listing-Ready Editing, Branded 2D Floor Plan, Complimentary Interactive Floor Plan Tour, Aerial Property Photography (subject to safe and legal flight conditions), One labelled aerial image identifying up to five verified nearby amenities, when suitable imagery is available, Immersive 3D Walkthrough, Three months of tour activation and hosting, Immersive 3D Walkthrough can be swapped for a Vertical Listing Reel — vertical style, up to 90 seconds.. Every Immersive 3D Walkthrough includes three months of tour activation and hosting. Keeping the tour live afterwards is optional at $50 per month, confirmed with you before any renewal — there is no automatic billing.
Is drone photography included or booked separately?
Aerial drone photography is included in the Aerial, Immersive, Cinematic and Complete packages. It is not part of Essential, and it can be added to any booking on its own from $129. Aerial work depends on weather, location and airspace permissions.
Are there travel fees?
Travel is free within 20 km of our Surrey base; $25 for over 20 up to 30 km, $50 for over 30 up to 40 km, $75 for over 40 up to 50 km; beyond 50 km is confirmed before booking. Your exact fee is shown in your quote.

We serve the entire Lower Mainland, BC — including Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, South Surrey, White Rock, Delta, Langley, Cloverdale, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Abbotsford, Mission, and Chilliwack.
Do you cover properties outside the Lower Mainland?
Yes, on request. For listings outside our standard radius, contact us at /contact for a custom travel quote.
Drone, Immersive 3D Walkthroughs & Floor Plans
Are you licensed for drone work?
Flown by a Transport Canada–certified drone pilot (Basic RPAS certificate), in line with Transport Canada's rules for Basic operations.
What is an Immersive 3D Walkthrough?
An Immersive 3D Walkthrough lets buyers explore a property online from any angle, as if they were physically there. It increases listing engagement and qualifies remote buyers. Walkthroughs start at $249. Every Immersive 3D Walkthrough includes three months of tour activation and hosting. Keeping the tour live afterwards is optional at $50 per month, confirmed with you before any renewal — there is no automatic billing.
What is the difference between a 2D floor plan, a 3D floor plan and an Immersive 3D Walkthrough?
A 2D floor plan is the measured, top-down layout with room labels, dimensions and total floor area, captured on site with laser tools (from $129). A 3D floor plan is a rendered version of that layout with walls and furnishings (from $179). An Immersive 3D Walkthrough is a walkable scan of the real property that buyers move through room by room (from $249, including the first three months of hosting). Every 2D floor plan also includes a complimentary Interactive Floor Plan Tour.
How should a property be prepared before photography?
Turn on every light and replace burnt-out bulbs, open blinds, clear countertops and bathroom surfaces, remove bins, pet bowls, cords and floor mats, park cars away from the driveway and tidy the yard or balcony. We send a prep checklist when your shoot is confirmed, and we do light on-site tidying — not full staging or cleaning.
Virtual Staging & Add-Ons
How does virtual staging work?
We digitally add furniture, decor, and styling to photos of empty rooms — making the space feel inviting and marketable without the cost of physical staging. Virtual staging is $15 per image.
What is virtual twilight?
Virtual Twilight Photography converts a daytime exterior photo into a dusk shot with warm interior lighting and a glowing sky — without the cost of returning at sunset. $25 per image.
Do you offer property websites?
Yes — a Property Showcase Website is $79, delivered as branded and unbranded live links. Hosted for 12 months.
First-Time Client Offer
Do you offer discounts for first-time clients?
Yes. Ready Set Sold Media currently offers $25 off the first eligible media package for first-time clients. Mention the offer when booking.
How do I claim the first-time client offer?
You can claim it by mentioning the offer when submitting the booking form at /book or contacting Ready Set Sold Media directly at 778-697-8066 or rssmediasales@gmail.com.
Can the $25 off offer be combined with other discounts?
The first-time client offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless approved by Ready Set Sold Media.
Beyond Real Estate
Do you only shoot real estate listings?
No. While real estate media is our main focus, we also provide photography and media for Airbnbs, rental properties, venues, yachts, boats, and vehicles across the Lower Mainland.
Do you offer Airbnb photography?
Yes. We create clean, professional Airbnb and short-term rental photos designed to help listings look more polished, trustworthy, and guest-ready.
Can you photograph rental properties?
Yes. We work with landlords, property managers, and investors to create professional rental listing photos, floor plans, and media for suites, apartments, condos, and homes.
Do you provide venue photography?
Yes. We photograph event venues, wedding spaces, banquet halls, restaurants, studios, and commercial spaces for websites, social media, and marketing.
Do you offer yacht or boat photography?
Yes. We can create premium yacht and boat photography for sales listings, rentals, charters, and promotional content where access and location allow.
Do you offer car photography?
Yes. We provide automotive photography for dealerships, private sellers, luxury vehicles, rental fleets, and online listings.
Can I book photo, video, drone, and social media content together?
Yes. Depending on the project, we can combine photography, videography, drone media, reels, floor plans, virtual tours, and marketing assets into one booking.
Do prices differ for Airbnb, venues, yachts, and cars?
Pricing may vary depending on project type, location, shoot time, image count, and deliverables. Please contact us or use the booking form for an estimate.
