Included deliverables carry no extra charge in the Complete Listing Launch; additional quantities or scope are quoted separately.

Aerial photography is included in Aerial, Immersive, Cinematic and Complete; aerial video appears within the Cinematic and Complete films when conditions permit.

Delivery and limitations

Delivery timing confirmed when you book.
Flown by a Transport Canada–certified drone pilot (Basic RPAS certificate), in line with Transport Canada's rules for Basic operations.
Drone work is subject to weather, location, airspace and legal operating requirements. If flight is not possible we reschedule the aerial portion or agree an alternative with you before delivery.
A map alternative is not equivalent to the full drone service.

How ordering works

Book online or request a firm quote with the address and approximate finished square footage.
Prepare the home using our home prep guide — lights on, blinds set evenly, counters cleared, vehicles moved.
We capture the agreed media on site.
Delivery arrives by the agreed download or live link; request your revision round within seven days if needed.

Is drone photography included or booked separately?

Aerial drone photography is included in the Aerial, Immersive, Cinematic and Complete packages. It is not part of Essential Listing Launch, and it can be added to any booking on its own from $129 CAD. Aerial work depends on weather, location and airspace permissions.
