For a 2,500 sq. ft. property, the Essential Listing Launch is $249 CAD and includes Listing-Ready Photography, a Branded 2D Floor Plan and a complimentary Interactive Floor Plan Tour.
All prices are in CAD and exclude applicable taxes. Travel fees may apply outside 20 km of Surrey.
Property size tiers
Every package price covers properties up to 2,000 sq. ft. Essential, Aerial and Immersive add $50 per size band above 2,000 sq. ft.; Cinematic and Complete add $100 per size band above 2,000 sq. ft. Properties over 5,000 sq. ft. are quoted individually.
Taxes and travel
Prices are CAD and exclude applicable taxes. Travel is free within 20 km of Surrey, then $25 within 30 km, $50 within 40 km and $75 within 50 km. Beyond 50 km we confirm travel with you before the shoot.
Turnaround
Listing photos delivered within 12 hours of the completed shoot. Delivery timing confirmed when you book.

Every Immersive 3D Walkthrough includes three months of tour activation and hosting. Keeping the tour live afterwards is optional at $50 per month, confirmed with you before any renewal — there is no automatic billing.

How much does real estate photography cost?
Listing photography on its own starts at $199 CAD for a property up to 2,000 sq. ft. Bundled packages start at $199 for Essential Listing Launch and run to $699 for Complete. Essential, Aerial and Immersive add $50 per size band above 2,000 sq. ft.; Cinematic and Complete add $100 per size band above 2,000 sq. ft. Size bands are 1,000 sq. ft. steps above 2,000 sq. ft., properties over 5,000 sq. ft. are quoted individually, and all prices are CAD excluding applicable taxes.
What is included in the $199 Essential Listing Launch?

How does pricing change for larger properties?
Essential, Aerial and Immersive add $50 per size band above 2,000 sq. ft.; Cinematic and Complete add $100 per size band above 2,000 sq. ft. Size bands are 1,000 sq. ft. steps above 2,000 sq. ft.; properties over 5,000 sq. ft. require a custom quote.
Is drone photography included or booked separately?
Aerial drone photography is included in the Aerial, Immersive, Cinematic and Complete packages. It is not part of Essential Listing Launch, and it can be added to any booking on its own from $129 CAD. Aerial work depends on weather, location and airspace permissions.
What is the difference between a 2D floor plan, a 3D floor plan and an interactive virtual tour?
A 2D floor plan is the measured, top-down layout with room labels, dimensions and total floor area — captured on site with laser tools (from $129). A 3D floor plan is a rendered version of that layout with walls and furnishings so buyers can picture the proportions (from $179). An Immersive 3D Walkthrough is a walkable scan of the actual property that buyers move through room by room, with dollhouse and measurement views (from $249, including three months of hosting; renewal is optional and confirmed with you).
How should a property be prepared before photography?
Turn on every light and replace burnt-out bulbs, open blinds, clear countertops and bathroom surfaces, remove bins, pet bowls, cords and floor mats, park cars away from the driveway and tidy the yard or balcony. We send a prep checklist when the shoot is confirmed, and we do light on-site tidying — not full staging or cleaning.
