Delivery and limitations

Listing photos delivered within 12 hours of the completed shoot.
Whole-room decluttering and complex reconstruction are separate scope.
We preserve permanent features, dimensions, views and visible defects. Virtually staged and materially altered images are clearly identified. Check your board’s MLS rules for how altered images must be disclosed.

How ordering works

Book online or request a firm quote with the address and approximate finished square footage.
Prepare the home using our home prep guide — lights on, blinds set evenly, counters cleared, vehicles moved.
We capture the agreed media on site.
Delivery arrives by the agreed download or live link; request your revision round within seven days if needed.

Listing photography on its own starts at $199 CAD for a property up to 2,000 sq. ft. Bundled packages start at $199 for Essential Listing Launch and run to $699 for Complete. Essential, Aerial and Immersive add $50 per size band above 2,000 sq. ft.; Cinematic and Complete add $100 per size band above 2,000 sq. ft. Size bands are 1,000 sq. ft. steps above 2,000 sq. ft., properties over 5,000 sq. ft. are quoted individually, and all prices are CAD excluding applicable taxes.

What is included in a photography package?

Every package includes Listing-Ready Photography with RSS Listing-Ready Editing, a Branded 2D Floor Plan and a complimentary Interactive Floor Plan Tour. Aerial adds Aerial Property Photography and a labelled amenity aerial; Immersive adds an Immersive 3D Walkthrough (Immersive 3D Walkthrough can be swapped for a Vertical Listing Reel — vertical style, up to 90 seconds.); Cinematic adds a horizontal Cinematic Listing Film up to 2 minutes; Complete adds the Reel, 3D walkthrough, Agent On-Camera Introduction, Property Showcase Website, Full Neighbourhood Marketing Pack, Listing Social Kit and virtual twilight and staging images.

Is drone photography included or booked separately?

Aerial drone photography is included in the Aerial, Immersive, Cinematic and Complete packages. It is not part of Essential Listing Launch, and it can be added to any booking on its own from $129 CAD. Aerial work depends on weather, location and airspace permissions.

How should a property be prepared before photography?
