Guarantee terms
- One consolidated preference-based revision round, requested within seven days of delivery.
- Corrections to our editing or delivery errors at no extra charge — these never use up your revision round.
- A complimentary reshoot of the affected work when our capture error can’t reasonably be corrected through editing.
- Additional deliverables, new creative directions and changed property conditions are quoted separately.
- Flexible rescheduling of affected exterior and drone work before the appointment when weather makes it unsuitable.
- The guarantee covers the quality of the agreed media — not a sale, sale price or marketing outcome.
