1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ready Set Sold Media website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services

Ready Set Sold Media provides professional real estate media services including but not limited to photography, videography, drone content, floor plans, Immersive 3D Walkthroughs, virtual staging, and marketing content. All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking.

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will honour the pricing agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to confirmation by Ready Set Sold Media. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

• Cancellation and refund windows are set out in our Refund Policy; those terms apply to your booking.
• Request rescheduling before the appointment. Agreed scope, payment and any cancellation consequences are confirmed with you.
• We reserve the right to reschedule a shoot due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Ready Set Sold Media reserves the right to withhold delivery of final media assets until payment has been received in full. Accepted payment methods will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Ready Set Sold Media retains copyright ownership of all photos, videos, and media content produced. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered media for the purpose of marketing the specific property for which the media was created, including MLS listings, social media, and print marketing.

You may not sell, sublicense, or transfer the media to third parties without our written consent. Ready Set Sold Media reserves the right to use delivered media for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• The property is clean, tidy, and ready for photography/videography at the scheduled shoot time.
• Access to the property is available at the agreed time.
• Accurate property information is provided at the time of booking.
• Any required consents or permissions from property owners or occupants have been obtained.

Ready Set Sold Media is not responsible for delays or unsatisfactory results due to unpreparedness of the property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ready Set Sold Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Delivery, revisions and hosting

Listing photos delivered within 12 hours of the completed shoot. Delivery timing confirmed when you book.

• One consolidated preference-based revision round, requested within seven days of delivery.
• Corrections to our editing or delivery errors at no extra charge — these never use up your revision round.
• A complimentary reshoot of the affected work when our capture error can’t reasonably be corrected through editing.
• Additional deliverables, new creative directions and changed property conditions are quoted separately.
• Flexible rescheduling of affected exterior and drone work before the appointment when weather makes it unsuitable.
• The guarantee covers the quality of the agreed media — not a sale, sale price or marketing outcome.

Every Immersive 3D Walkthrough includes three months of tour activation and hosting. Keeping the tour live afterwards is optional at $50 per month, confirmed with you before any renewal — there is no automatic billing. Property Showcase Website: Hosted for 12 months.

8. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia.
