Why Real Estate Photography Ranges from $199 to $999
The biggest cost drivers in Metro Vancouver real estate photography are property size, how many services you bundle into the shoot (photo, video, drone, floor plan, immersive 3D walkthrough), whether the exterior needs a twilight return, and how much editing the listing calls for (blue-sky replacement, virtual staging, sky burn correction on cloudy days).
A standalone listing shoot on a 2,000 sq. ft. home is $199. Add a drone flyover and floor plan and you're at the Aerial Listing Launch ($249). Add cinematic video and an immersive 3D walkthrough and you're at the more complete packages — covering every marketing surface (MLS, Realtor.ca, Instagram, out-of-town buyers) in one visit.
Prices above are for the Lower Mainland — Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Langley, Coquitlam, Delta, Richmond, North Vancouver, White Rock and Maple Ridge. Fraser Valley shoots (Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission) may include a small travel fee — free within 20 km of Surrey, $25–$75 beyond. All prices in CAD, excluding applicable taxes.

Every package includes properties up to 2,000 sq. ft. Essential, Aerial and Immersive add $50 per size band above 2,000 sq. ft.; Cinematic and Complete add $100 per size band above 2,000 sq. ft. Properties over 5,000 sq. ft. require a custom quote for every package.

Are there travel fees on top of the price?
Travel is free within 20 km of our Surrey base; $25 for over 20 up to 30 km, $50 for over 30 up to 40 km, $75 for over 40 up to 50 km; beyond 50 km is confirmed before booking. Your exact fee is shown in your quote.
