Standalone products

• Listing-Ready Photography: $199 up to 2,000 sq. ft., plus $50 per size band. Interior and exterior listing photography with RSS Listing-Ready Editing included.
• Cinematic Listing Film: $349 up to 2,000 sq. ft., plus $100 per size band. A horizontal edited property film, up to 2 minutes.
• Vertical Listing Reel (standalone shoot): $249 up to 2,000 sq. ft., plus $100 per size band. A vertical 9:16 Reel up to 90 seconds for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, from its own shoot.
• Vertical Listing Reel (edited from your Cinematic Listing Film): $99 with a booked film. A Vertical Listing Reel up to 90 seconds, edited from a Cinematic Listing Film booked on the same appointment — no extra capture.
• Agent On-Camera Introduction: $149 with a film or Reel shoot. One agent, up to 60 seconds of finished speaking content recorded during the appointment (up to 20 minutes of recording), integrated into the film and Reel where appropriate. Extended scripts, additional agents and extra capture are custom scope.
• Aerial Property Photography + basic labelled aerial: $129 per standard property appointment. Aerial photos of the property and lot, plus one labelled aerial image. Larger or custom sites are quoted.
• Aerial Property Video: $179 per standard property appointment. Edited aerial video footage. Larger or custom sites are quoted.
• On-Site Twilight Photography: $199 per standard property appointment. Dusk photography captured on location during the natural twilight window.
• Branded 2D Floor Plan + Interactive Floor Plan Tour: $129 up to 2,000 sq. ft., plus $50 per size band. A branded 2D floor plan with room labels and measurements. The Interactive Floor Plan Tour is complimentary.
• 3D Floor Plan (on-site measurement): $179 up to 2,000 sq. ft., plus $50 per size band. A rendered 3D floor plan from our on-site measurement.
• 3D Floor Plan (from a suitable supplied plan): $79 up to 2,000 sq. ft., plus $50 per size band. A rendered 3D floor plan created from your suitable supplied 2D plan.
• Immersive 3D Walkthrough: $249 up to 2,000 sq. ft., plus $50 per size band. An interactive 3D walkthrough buyers can explore online. Every Immersive 3D Walkthrough includes three months of tour activation and hosting. Keeping the tour live afterwards is optional at $50 per month, confirmed with you before any renewal — there is no automatic billing.
• Immersive 3D Walkthrough hosting renewal (after the included three months): $50 per month. Optional. Confirmed with you before any renewal — no automatic billing.
• Virtual Staging: $15 per image. One room per image. Staged images are clearly identified as virtually staged.
• Virtual Twilight Photography: $25 per image. Converts an existing supplied daytime exterior photo into a twilight image.
• Property Showcase Website: $79 per property. Branded and unbranded versions using your supplied media. Hosted for 12 months.
• Listing Social Kit: $99 per property. One Reel cover, three Story graphics, one listing caption, one YouTube thumbnail, title and description — from supplied finished media.
• Full Neighbourhood Marketing Pack: $149 per property. Labelled aerial image, separate amenity map and vertical social version, using suitable supplied or existing imagery. Extra capture is quoted.
• Branded Feature Sheet: $69 per property. A digital, print-ready feature sheet. Printing is not included.

Booked separately, photos ($199) and a Branded 2D Floor Plan ($129) total $328 — the $199 Essential Listing Launch includes both.

Travel is free within 20 km of our Surrey base; $25 for over 20 up to 30 km, $50 for over 30 up to 40 km, $75 for over 40 up to 50 km; beyond 50 km is confirmed before booking. Your exact fee is shown in your quote.

Vancouver booking considerations that affect your day

Vancouver logistics matter more than in most of the Lower Mainland, and planning for them protects your shoot window rather than your budget.

• Building access: Downtown, False Creek and West End towers often require fob access, a concierge sign-in or an elevator booking. Arrange it before the shoot time.
• Parking: Metered street parking and loading zones are the norm in the downtown peninsula and Mount Pleasant. A visitor stall or a confirmed loading bay saves real time.
• Amenity access: Rooftop decks, gyms, lounges and pools usually need separate strata permission. Amenity photos sell a condo — but only if we can get in.
• Window views: Skyline and water views need exposure blending to keep both the view and the interior readable. Clean windows and open blinds make a visible difference.
• Weather: Vancouver rain and low cloud affect exteriors and can ground drone work entirely. Aerials also depend on airspace and the legal operating requirements for the location, so build a backup date into your listing timeline.
